Forms of payment

At online store we accept the following forms of payment:

  • electronic payment supported by Przelewy24;
  • bank account transfer:

After placing an order, the customer will receive by email the bank account number to which he will transfer the correct amount. As soon as the payment is credited by us, the order will be transferred for processing.

Lead time of the order

The shipment of the purchased goods is carried out in accordance with the lead time specified in the card of the product in question (including the card of the customized product), as well as the e-mail confirming the purchase, and the deadline is calculated from the moment of confirmation of payment in the Store’s account.

Jewelry, depending on the model, is shipped from 3 to 5 business days after the payment is credited. Some models may have an extended lead time, which is specified next to the product.

The lead time for an individual order (on request) is up to 14 working days from receipt of payment, in the case of materials that are difficult to access, the lead time may be extended to the time necessary for the proper implementation of the order. The customer is informed of the lead time electronically (e-mail).

International shipping Poczta Polska:

  • PLN 40 (European countries),
  • PLN 60 (non-European countries)

from 5 to 10 business days.

Delivery time is an estimate and does not include the picking time specified for each product.

If the Customer chooses the delivery option by “InPost Parcel Lockers”, the delivery of Goods under this service will be performed by InPost Sp. z o. o. after the Customer accepts the “Paczkomaty 24/7” regulations prepared and delivered by the “Paczkomaty InPost” service provider, i.e. InPost Sp. z o. o.. The Store will enable the Customer to read the regulations for the provision of services or “Paczkomaty 24/7” in the approval process the Customer’s choice of the method of delivery of the Goods. 


We offer 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill out the necessary statement (example below) and send it to our address along with the returned product/products.

To the package with the statement and the returned product/products, also attach the receipt/invoice received with it or proof of payment in the form of a bank statement.

We will refund your payment using the same means of payment that you used when placing your order, unless you ask for a different refund method.
