As soon as the payment is completed, we will send a confirmation to the email address provided. Please take into account that Matiere47 jewelry is handmade by our jewelers in Warsaw, so the lead time may be up to 14 business days.

If you make a mistake making a purchase, you can cancel it by contacting us. However, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to do so. If the package has been shipped within 24 hours of placing the order, it is not possible to cancel the purchase.

We will send the number and information about the shipment to the e-mail address you provided. This means that the product has been shipped.

We will send the shipment number to the email address provided on the day of shipment. You can find information about the status of the shipment by using the number on the carrier’s website.

Domestic delivery: 2-5 business days. Please take into account weekends, holidays and employment of the carrier.

Foreign delivery: from 3 days depending on the country. For more accurate information, please contact us.

The delivery price very much depends on the quantity of products ordered and the delivery point. The exact delivery price will be shown at the time of ordering.

Yes. If necessary, we will send an invoice to the e-mail address provided. Please inform us about the need for a VAT invoice BEFORE placing an order by emailing matiere47@gmail.com

All MATIERE47 products are created in our jewelry workshop in Warsaw.

Oxidation – is a process of decorative plating of silver items, which involves filling all the cavities of the design on the item with an alloy consisting of sulfides of silver, copper and lead.

Gilding – is the coating of the surface of an object with a thin layer of gold.

To make sure your jewelry is made of sterling silver, you can check the graphic image of the probative marks:

– Look for minted probative marks on the jewelry. It should be marked with the number “925” or the symbol for the 925 sample, which indicates 92.5% pure silver content. Also look for the Matiere47 name mark.

– These markings are usually placed on the clasp, the inside of a ring, bracelet or other barely visible part of the jewelry.
